Robin Hassell

CEO & co-Founder

Appointed as CEO in January 2024, Robin Hassell has been instrumental in driving Acqiris's growth and innovation over the past seven years. Under his leadership, the company continues to reach new heights and expand its influence in the electronic industry.

With over 25 years of experience in business development within the electronics and semiconductor sector, Robin possesses a deep understanding of the OEM business in various markets. Prior to leading Acqiris as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he held key roles at prominent companies such as NXP, HiNT Corporation, PLX Technology, Agilent, and Keysight Technology. His extensive background has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that he leverages to steer Acqiris toward sustained success.

Robin thrives on addressing the variety and complexity of customer challenges and is dedicated to building strong, long-term collaborations. Known for his exceptional ability to connect with people, he combines his professional acumen with a unique sense of humor that fosters a positive and engaging work environment.

Outside of his professional life, Robin is a devoted family man with two children. He enjoys windsurfing, skiing, and playing squash. When he is not spending time with his family, you can find him passionately working to further Acqiris's mission and goals.

Pierre-François Maistre

CTO & co-Founder

Pierre-François is the Chief Technology Officer at Acqiris, where he defines and drives the company's technology vision and strategy.
He leads the innovation and the development of cutting-edge signal acquisition solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the electronic measurement industry,

he has a proven track record in hardware product development, project management, and team leadership.

Prior to leading the R&D department at Acqiris, Pierre-François held key roles in electronics design and project management at renowned companies, including Thales, Alcatel Space Industries, Agilent, and Keysight Technologies.
These diverse experiences honed his expertise in the integration of hardware, firmware, and software development—enabling him to deliver state-of-the-art solutions tailored to the needs of Acqiris customers.

Pierre-François holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Grenoble INP – Phelma. He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve customer challenges and is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within his team.

Outside of work, Pierre-François remains curious about emerging technology trends and their applications, particularly in medicine and imaging. He also enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the Aravis Mountains through hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing.

Jean-Luc Lehmann

Production Manager & co-Founder

Jean-Luc Lehmann has been part of Acqiris’s Team for more than 13 years and is managing Acqiris Operations from January 2020.

Thanks to his extensive experience in various positions in electronics including 22 years at LeCroy Corporation as Hardware Engineer & Manager and 6 years at Volotek as Project manager, he has a very good knowledge of all activities requested from the first customer contact up to the final product, including the design and the marketing needs, as well as the support for customer service. Between 2011 and 2017, he has been in in charge of Acqiris OEM digitizer product line, successively with Agilent and Keysight Technologies. His technical expertise and communication skills allowed tight connection between customers and the R&D team to develop solutions meeting the customer requirements.

Today, Jean-Luc oversees all aspects of Acqiris’s production from material procurement to final product shipment, including the hardware assembly and solution testing. He is known for his collaborative approach and ability to lead a multidisciplinary team through projects requiring versatility and initiative. His positive attitude and enthusiasm, even in challenging times, are widely recognized and appreciated.

Jean-Luc likes hiking, particularly in the mountains, and skiing in winter.

Didier Nicolo

Industrialization & Quality Manager

As Industrialization and Quality Manager at Acqiris SA, Didier Nicolo oversees the development and implementation of processes to ensure products meet the highest quality standards—from the design phase through to mass production. His work is dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction, minimizing non-quality costs, and maintaining Acqiris’s strong reputation for excellence.

With over 20 years of experience in industrial and automotive applications, Didier brings extensive expertise and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

Outside of his professional life, Didier enjoys mountain biking and driving his muscle car. He takes pride in being an integral part of the Acqiris team, contributing to its continued success and growth.

Vivien Fuhrer

CFO

As CFO, Vivien Fuhrer brings over a decade of financial expertise and leadership to Acqiris SA.

With a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and tech-driven business solutions, Vivien has previously founded and worked as a CFO for several industrial and software companies, helping businesses optimize operations and streamline financial processes.

Known for reducing administrative complexities, Vivien integrates innovative technologies to ensure strategic growth and efficiency across all financial functions within the organization.

Emmanuel Hannart

President of the Board & co-Founder

Emmanuel participated to the spin-off Acqiris from Keysight Group mid-2017, as consultant and external financial investor. Since December 2019 he is President of Board of Director and has been the company CEO from 2019 to 2023.

With more than 40 years’ experience in electronic industry, including CEO positions (Selectron Systems AG, LBO Consult Swiss SA), his business experience, high standards of expectations and human qualities have been instrumental in the transformation of Acqiris from a R&D department within Keysight to an independent business entity.

From the very beginning, he has been a strong believer of the ability of Acqiris team to move to a OEM business model and participate to the new capital. Thanks to his previous experience with the spin-off of Selectron Systems AG from Schneider-Electric group, he was a key contributor to the spin-off of Acqiris from Keysight group. During his time as CEO of Acqiris, Emmanuel efficiently improved the company organization to achieve business growth and recover profitability, with a special focus on customer satisfaction and quality management.

Emmanuel holds a Master Degree in Finance, a Certificate in Driving strategic innovation from MIT, Boston USA, and two certificates from IMD, Switzerland in International finances and Orchestrating Winning Performance Program.

He has 4 children, and 7 grandchildren. His various fields of interests include sailing, skiing, oenology or growing organic fruits.

Theo Martin Martin

Co-founder & Board Director

Experienced Chief Executive Officer and Investor with a demonstrated history into the telecommunication industry, Theo is a member of Acqiris' board since 2017. He is skilled in IP Telecoms, Go-to-market strategy, Telco, Pre-sales and Start-ups.

He funded MG2 Technologies and led to company for 12 years before merging it with Netcentrex. Under his leadership, Netcentrex had a strong profitable growth. He developed Netcentrex into a leading provider of solution for CTI, IP telephony and interactive voice response through investments and acquisitions of technology. Theo is Co-investor and lead investor in more than 20 tech companies and start-ups.

Didier Lavanchy

Co-founder & Board Director

Former CEO, where he headed Acqiris SA spin-off and re-established it as an independent entity after a decade within large multinationals.

Didier Lavanchy is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over 30 years of global experience in the science, technological and OEM business. His career spans across startups, SMEs and multinational corporations, where he demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and innovation. He has also served as General Manager at Agilent and Keysight Technologies, overseeing a $40M business and driving market expansion.

Didier holds an Executive MBA from IMD and an Engineering Master’s from EPFL.

Tribhuwan Persaud

North America Sales Manager

In November 2024, Tribhuwan joined Acqiris as the Sales leader for North America, where he combines his broad engineering expertise with a deep technical understanding to solve complex market challenges. His commitment to empathy, personability, and client relationships positions him to drive growth in the North American market.

Tribhuwan is an experienced engineering professional with a background in Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics. A graduate of Kennesaw State University, he has made notable strides in the semiconductor industry since 2018.

Tribhuwan started his career at Texas Instruments in Dallas, where he held key roles in Product Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, and Product Marketing Engineering, focusing on the In-Cabin automotive sector in key Asian markets. He later transitioned to a Field Applications Engineer role with a leading semiconductor distributor, working with major suppliers like Intel, Nvidia, STMicro, Qualcomm, and NXP.

Tribhuwan is excited to connect with others, collaborate on innovative solutions, and continue contributing to the electronics industry.

Outside of work, Tribhuwan enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, caving, rock climbing, and recently, Brazilian Zouk dance. He is passionate about learning and exploring new activities.

Steve Attfield

Europe, Middle East and India Sales Director

Steve joined Acqiris in February 2023 to lead & coordinate all our customer activities in EMEA. With over 30years of experience in the Electronics, Semiconductors and EDA design tools supporting customers with their innovative product designs,

Experience in the OEM sector with innovative technology Companies such as Intersil, Semtech, Mentor Graphics and SiTime Steve has the experience to manage & support customers from project concepts through to volume production.

Understanding new technologies and a ‘can do’ attitude to everything in his path Steve tackles and thrives on challenges. He is a team player and enjoys close collaborations with customers to build close, long-standing relationships to the benefit of both parties.

Outside of work Steve lives with his wife, has two grown-up daughters and is an active squash player in local teams. When time allows, he also enjoys walking, cycling and a game of golf.

Ken Chen

Asia-Pacific Sales & Business Development Director

Ken Chen joined Acqiris in November 2017 and has played a key role in driving the company's rapid growth in the APEJ (Asia-Pacific and Japan) region over the past six years.

Ken holds a Master's degree in Communication and Information Systems from South China University of Technology. Before joining Acqiris, he worked at Intel, Atmel, and Conexant, accumulating over 11 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales activities. With a strong technical background and keen market insight, Ken is well-equipped to navigate the industry landscape.

Ken is committed to building strong, long-term relationships with customers. He leads a team focused on developing and expanding key markets and applications in the APEJ region.

Ken and his family reside in Guangzhou, China. In his free time, he enjoys badminton, table tennis, and swimming.
